How long does shipping take for personalized orders?
Personalized items typically require 3-5 business days for customization. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes between 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Are the dolls machine washable?
Yes, most of our dolls can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. We recommend placing the doll in a laundry bag and air drying it to maintain its shape and softness.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized dolls cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours. Once an order has entered the production or shipping phase, we are unable to make further modifications.
